Alpha+

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 2, 2026

Alpha+ is business software made by Alpha Strat Company ("Alpha Strat", "we", "us"). It is available at alphastratai.com, in the Alpha+ Field phone app and in the Alpha+ desktop app (together, "Alpha+"). This policy explains what information Alpha+ collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Alpha+ is used by businesses ("customers") to run their operations: clients, jobs, schedules, quotes, invoices, messages and an AI assistant called Ally. When a business uses Alpha+, the records it puts in belong to that business. We handle them on the business's behalf.

Information we collect

Account information

Your name, email address, password (stored only in hashed form by our sign-in provider), the businesses you belong to, and your role in each.

Business records

Information a business enters or imports into Alpha+, such as clients and their contact details, addresses, jobs, schedules, quotes, invoices, notes, photos, files, timecards and team members.

Messages and calls

Text messages, emails and call records that a business sends or receives through Alpha+, including the phone numbers and email addresses involved.

Payments

Payment details are collected and stored by our payment processor, Stripe. Alpha+ does not store full card numbers or card security codes. We keep a record of payments, such as amounts, dates and the last four digits of a card.

Usage and device information

Basic technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, app version, and logs of requests and errors. We use this to keep Alpha+ secure and working. Alpha+ stores small amounts of data in your browser or app (for example, to keep you signed in and to load screens faster). We do not use advertising cookies.

Location

The Alpha+ Field app and Alpha+ in a browser can record location when someone clocks in or out, marks a job complete, or takes a job photo, and can use your location to suggest nearby addresses. This only happens when the person allows location access on their device, and they can turn it off in their device settings.

Information from Google

If you choose to connect a Google account, Alpha+ asks Google for permission to:

We use this data only to provide these features to you. You can disconnect Google at any time in Alpha+, or remove Alpha+'s access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Google API Services Limited Use. Alpha+'s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically: we use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features described above. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. People at Alpha Strat do not read it, except with your permission, when needed for security or to investigate abuse, or when required by law. We only transfer it to the service providers that run those features, as described below.

How we use information

Ally and AI processing

When you ask Ally to do something, the information needed for that task (for example, a client record, an email or a calendar event) is sent to an AI model provider to produce the answer. We use providers whose business terms do not allow them to train their models on this data, and we require that for any provider we route Ally through. Ally's work is kept in your Alpha+ account so you can see what it did.

Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only:

Text messaging: mobile phone numbers and text-message consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Anyone who receives texts sent through Alpha+ can reply STOP to stop them.

How long we keep information

We keep information while your business's account is active and as needed to provide Alpha+. When a business or person asks us to delete their information, we delete it or make it anonymous, unless we need to keep some of it to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations, resolve disputes or prevent fraud. Backups are overwritten on a rolling schedule.

Security

Information is encrypted in transit. Each business's records are kept separate from other businesses', and saved passwords in the Alpha+ Vault are encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify affected customers of a breach as required by law.

Your choices and rights

Children

Alpha+ is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we make a material change, we will update the date above and let account owners know.
